St. Peter says "and it shall come to pass in the last days, says God that I will pour out my spirit on all flesh..." (Acts 2:17). We are living in the Last Days of this earth and 2017 is going to fulfil the God's Promise  to pouring out the Spirit on every flesh. 

     If did not received the Holy Spirit till now I declare and decree with the authority as a chosen, Anointed and Appointed Shepherd of Lord Jesus Christ that You may receive His Spirit in this Year 2017! Amen.
