Absorption of medicine is depends on Age, Physiology, Decease State, Blood Flow etc. Even after Absorption medicine takes time to reach the effected place. It’s a long process or course of treatment.

The Absorption of Prayer is very fast and covers long distance of Heaven in seconds. Prayer reaches to God instantly. When we look at Acts 10, there we meet Cornelius, whose prayer and offerings was already been accepted in Heaven or presence of God.
