People used to join Gym, Yoga, Aerobics and walk ect. as an exercise, in order to keep themselves healthy. But no one ever think that their Heart, Mind, Soul and Thought also need an exercise to be healthy and strong. And for that there is only one exercise i.e. Prayer. Prayer will keep your Heart, Mind, Soul and Thought Healthy and not let you go down in Spirituality. If you not yet started, start it from today, add this exercise in your daily routine.
