Jesus said eye is the lamp of body (Matthew 6:22), If your eye is clear, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad your whole body will be full of darkness. That mean what we see is effect our mind and our heart full of with those things.

      So what we need to do is we have to see good and holy things. To do so we have to see everything through Bible only. Jesus is the Centre and Cross is the Heart of the Bible. And it will help us to keep our eye on the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrew 12:2) i.e. Jesus Christ. That will only keep your body full of light. IF AGREE - TYPE AMEN!
