We have converters for every weather. For Winter we have heat converter and for summer we have cooling converter.

      But less people knows about the converter for weather of Tears, Pain, Grief and Worry. There is only one converter that is Praise and Worship. Praise and Worship are Worry Converter. 

      The more you praise and worship our Lord the Lesser would be your worries. The Hero's (Paul, Peter, Judah, Job, Joseph) of the Bible had lots of Pain and Grief in their lives, but they overcome that only with the Praise and Worship.
