I found in the Bible that many a times God speak twice in the Bible. There are following reason behind this:-

1. The things which are important God used to speak twice. John recorded that Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, I am the light of the world (John 8:12). 

2. For the Assurance God used to speak twice. John recorded that truly, truly I say to you (6:26).    

3. For the Confirmation of calling Gideon test God twice (Judge 6:36-40) and God answer him twice for the confirmation of His calling.

4. For Reproof of Power. God divide the Red Sea and then Jordan river. God Provide Oil to the Widow of Sarepta and so the Elisha did with suffering widow. Jesus Healed many, one after one.

     So the thing which God twice to you is Important  and True don't miss that. If God called You twice that is confirmation of your calling, don't sit ideal. Don't afraid what God did in the past He can do it again as a reproof of power.
