I know some people who pray like this "God you know everything". It's true God knows everything but Prayer becomes Prayer when someone open his/her secrets before God. 

     Most of Psalms are Prayer. When we read we found that Psalmist (mostly David) open the secrets of their Heart, their Enemies, their Sins and their Grief.

     Hannah, Jabez, David, Paul, Daniel and many more had also prayed like this.
     Just close your eyes and search inside yourself that did You open all Your secrets before God.... Yes or No... must write in Comments....
