God promise Abraham that I will Bless You (Genesis Ch 12). He remember that promise and blessings. And in that promise God prosper Isaac (Genesis Ch 26). Then in same promise God prosper and blessed Jacob, Joseph, Joshua, David etc.   

     His blessings are same today as He said I the Lord that do not Change (Malachi 3:6). We are in the same blessings under that seed.
