There are many books talking and teaching about Faith, but only Bible gives its definition in Hebrew 11:1 and list of people who had lived and achieved by this Faith.

     Faith is not dead and we Christian should let it work in our life as like the saints of old testament (Hebrew Ch. 11).

     Fear is the biggest enemy of Faith. so cast out the Spirit of fear, because its not from God (2 Timothy  1:7).
