Abraham the father of faith believe God and God believe in him. God opened His secret to destroy Sodom on him (Genesis 18:17). Then Abraham stand before God and asked would you also destroy the righteous with the wicked. God replied if I find 10 righteous in Sodom I left the place for their sake. More Abraham believe on God, more God believe in him.

     I saw some people who says God let our lottery be open and I will definitely give tithe from that. God must say did you do this in past.

     So if you want God to believe You and do as you say, You should believe more in Him.
